HummingSun names, branding, written content, product concepts, interface designs and materials are owned by or licensed to HummingSun. You may view and share links for legitimate business evaluation, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Third-Party Services
The site may link to services such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and analytics providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
No Guaranteed Outcome
Organisational and people outcomes depend on context, participation, implementation and many factors outside our control. Website content is not legal, medical, financial or employment advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HummingSun is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on public website content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms and will publish the revised effective date. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory rights in another jurisdiction.
